Here are my top Oscar picks. I absolutely do not know what I am talking about!
But, here goes:

Best Picture: Slumdog Millionaire (but should be Milk)

Best Actor: Mickey Rourke (but should be Sean Penn, dammit!)

Best Actress: Kate Winslet (love her)

Best Supporting Actor: Heath Ledger

Best Supporting Actress: Taraji P. Henson (Benjamin Button) or Viola Davis (Doubt) Can't decide on this one.

What are YOUR picks?

4. All I know is have some kleenex handy for this one
I don't have a clue either, but I know this: I think the leaked list is real, so.....

Picture: Slumdog Millionaire

Director: Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire)

Actor: Mickey Rourke (The Wrestler)

Supporting Actor: Heath Ledger (The Dark Knight)

Actress: Kate Winslet (The Reader)(my 11yo says that this is the tipoff that the list is fake: she says Anne Hathaway wins this one)

Supporting Actress: Amy Adams (Doubt)

Original Screenplay: In Bruges

Adapted Screenplay: The Reader

Animated Feature: Wall-E

Original Song: Down to Earth (Peter Gabriel, from Wall-E)

The allegedly completely fraudulent list may be found here: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1151166/And-winner--Kate-Thats-Oscar-list-leak-believed.html

What I do know is this: Have Kleenex Handy. Tears will likely be shed - between the widely presumed posthumous acceptance for Ledger, and the "In Memoriam" segment, at which time Oscar wil tip its hat for the final time to (among many other fine performers and filmmakers): Heath Ledger, Sydney Pollack, Anthony Minghella, Van Johnson, Bernie Mac, George Carlin, Estelle Getty, Ollie Johnston (one of the great Disney animators), Roy Scheider, Paul Scofield, and Paul Newman.

7. Slumdog for best picture
although I don't think it deserves it.

I didn't see many of the others that were nominated. I did not see Milk or The Reader.

But I think:

Penn for Actor (although Rourke may win)

Winslet for Best Actress

Ledger for Best. Supp. Actor (I did see this one)

Cruz for Best Sup. Actress (just a guess, Davis is probably choice No. 2)
