Bobcat family settles in at Lake Elsinore foreclosed home

http://www.pe.com/localnews/inland/stories/PE_News_Local_S_sbobcat03.3df7b63.htm

One home in the Tuscany Hills area of Lake Elsinore has all the marks of a foreclosure: a dead brown lawn, neglected flowerbeds and notices on the front door.

And one more thing: bobcats.

A pair of the wildcats and their young appear to have taken up residence in the backyard, animal control officials say.

Karen Brown, a nearby resident, said a neighbor came to her door last Wednesday evening and told her there were "mountain lion cubs" across the street from her Vista Palermo home

What kind of mortgage terms did they get?

Once a cat moves into a house, it's theirs.

8. Hooray for the bobcats.

I wish I had had a camera with me that time they had freshly paved the post office parking lot and I saw a dandelion flowering right up against the post office. It had grown between the fresh tar and the building. It might as well have been a middle finger from Mother Nature, herself.

Long live the bobcats. At least that home will have something living it in while it decays and rots because of the greed of some mortgage company that made some poor family homeless as fuck. Shit, the homeless family should move back in, squat too, make friends with the bobcats and dare the bastards who foreclosed on them to come anywhere near the place. Times are getting desperate, folks. It's time we sharpen our pitchforks, take back what we earned, and make friends with the animals. We'll win with them on our side.
