I was out and about Friday night when this system moved through the Twin Cities, it made for a intense drive back after the evening was over.

2. Naw, it's just a tie-in promoting their LL gear.
Cracks me up every time I see it advertised in the Bean's catalogue.

A winter storm watch is in effect with 1 to 2 inches of snow tonight? Sounds like fun (not.)

3. Several feet of snow coming from what I saw.
Not sure how bad that is but they were saying people would be stuck in their homes for a few days.

6. Welp - I guess they were right. I have 2 feet of snow and its still coming down
It was wicked out last night and I lost power for a while.

and it's a "winter wonderland" out there right now.

and I shovel the roof tonight....

9. Lost power here too. Got a bit chilly but it's all good now. Wonder if hubby has
thought about clearing the roof yet? I'd offer to to do the job but for the fact that I nearly electrocuted myself last time I tried it.

Click on NCEP Fronts and SST to get the front lines to show as well as barometric pressure lines.
