1. LOL, I think it will be Winslet or Streep.
I would be happy with either.

5. Streep had her 6 nomination in 1985 at age 36 (Out of Africa).....
which made her 3 years older than Kate Winslet is today with her 6 (Kate is 33).

I think Kate is amazing and I hope she wins tonight

7. THIS.
Meryl Streep is a legend, and one of the few truly Great actors left in Hollywood today. I love Kate Winslet, but she really is not Meryl Streep...at least, not yet.

11. I haven't seen "Changeling"
but I know Jolie was far from average in "A Mighty Heart".

17. And I counter with Tomb Raider and Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow
;)

Like I said, she's ok. Not bad, but not great either (though to be fair she hasn't had too many deep roles to work with).

I'm sure the parts she is offered also are based upon her extraordinary looks.

It's cool to disagree though. ;-)

20. My goodness, stop the presses!!!!
Something we can agree on!!!! Winslet is a good actress and I'm glad that she won, but Meryl surpasses all the rest who were nominated tonight.

:D

10. I like all three of them so
I guess I disagree about any "crushing" but Streep is more than deserving.

24. Streep is amazing... and I like Winslet - I think her potential is great...

Jolie, enhh. I think her lips distract everyone from any acting that she was once able to do.
