Glad to see that in a world where everything changes, Abe remains pretty much the same.

11. Fish, on the legendary Barney Miller hash brownie episode: |
|
(As close to exact as I can remember it, anyway) "first time in 20 years I've felt good, and it has to be illegal".

I always liked "Fish."
Wasn't that the same episode where a old "friend" who knew both him and his wife appears in the squad room...Fish!...Fish!... and Fish doesn't recognize him at first, and later after the brownies, Fish runs into this guy again and he's visited with Mrs. Fish and speaks of her rather salaciously, and Fish defends her honor That's my woman you're speaking of!, and is then amazed at himself?
Or am I thinking of another episode?

15. I thought the brownie had given him an inner strength and determination to defend his wife... |
|
...who he always seemed not to be too excited about. I remember I was surprised (as was he) at his defense of this wife. Very funny stuff!
But maybe it was another episode...

16. Maybe he'll celebrate with his lady friend |
|
who, as previously reported on KamaAina All Access, lives not only in the same Upper East Side building, but on the same floor as Mom and Republican Stepdad.
R.S. even spotted Abe in the elevator once. He had never seen or heard of Barney Miller, but did recognize him from The Godfather.
