What type of undead creature is Hugh Hefner?
Edited on Tue Feb-24-09 10:19 AM by Lost in CT
My girl's father thinks zombie but I have to go with Lich.

Here is a little cheat sheet..

Revenant: A revenant is a visible ghost or animated corpse that was believed to return from the grave to terrorize the living. Medieval stories of revenants have common features. Those who return from the dead are wrongdoers in their lifetime, often described as wicked or vain or unbelievers.

Skeleton: A Skeleton is a type of physically manifested undead

Zombie: A zombie is a reanimated human corpse

Ghoul: A ghoul is a mythological monster from ancient Arabian folklore that dwells in burial grounds and other uninhabited places

Ghost: A ghost is the disembodied spirit or soul of a deceased person.

Lich: A lich is a type of undead creature, often formerly a powerful magician or king, who has used evil rituals to bind his intellect to his animated corpse and thereby achieve a perverse form of immortality

Mummy: A mummy is a dead person whose skin and flesh have been preserved by either intentional or incidental exposure to chemicals, extreme coldness, very high humidity, or lack of air when bodies are submerged in bogs

Vampire: Vampires are mythological or folkloric revenants who subsist by feeding on the blood of the living.

Wight: A wight is a corpse with a part of their decayed soul still in residence

1. How about a revenant?
Medieval stories of revenants have common features. Those who return from the dead are wrongdoers in their lifetime, often described as wicked or vain or unbelievers. Often the revenants are associated with the spreading of disease among the living. The appropriate response is usually exhumation, followed by some form of decapitation, and burning or removal of the heart.

7. Vampire zombie.
I see no evidence of a soul, disembodied or otherwise. And he definitely preys upon the living.
