1. Well, that sounds good.
I'm terribly afraid they are going fuck this movie up, but it it's half a good as Mr. Wheaton seems to feel it is, it might not be to bad. Gives me hope.

2. I never liked the Watchmen comics
when they came out way back in 1986. Of course, I was 19-20 back then and my perspective has maybe changed.

And, it's a superhero movie... so I will try to see it.

5. Watchmen is bleak, but very good.
I don't like superhero comics, but I like Watchmen a lot. I'm pleased to see a good review from a certified comic nerd. Moore was overdue for a good adaptation.

8. I generally like bleak
but, it was so long ago that I read the graphic novels that I don't recall what I disliked about it. I remember the guy at the comic store promoted them heavily to me, which is why I bought them in the first place...

9. What I dislike most about Watchmen (and V For Vendetta) is the art.
Kinda primitive-looking to my eye, which has been spoiled by exposure to more modern stuff.

3. I want to see this
Not because I'm a Watchman fan but because I am just so jazzed to see Jackie Earle Haley back in the game. :)

6. Yet I'm continually disappointed that he never had a date with an airlock
on STNG.

10. I don't get this "spoilers" thing.
Pretty much everybody who's interested in the movie has read it. They know whodunit. They want the movie to be a literal adaptation of the graphic novel.

So why are they so worried about spoilers?
