Flo makes me see little starbursts, but Windell is freakin' awesome. The "$8.00 cheeseburger my big black ass" (ok, I'm paraphrasing) ad was epic awesome, as was his assault on the luxury box knobs.

4. I don't see the Flo appeal...
She looks like she's going to rip the throat out of the person she's selling the insurance to with her teeth.

7. I think that IS the appeal.
There's this weird Goth/Vampire thing bubbling just below the surface of the perky sales clerk.

12. The Verizon "can you hear me now?" guy caught on-Flo not so much
there really is no telling

I think she is supposed to be hip and cool and dope (like the kids say) and she is-sometimes there is magic sometimes not

The Overstock.com spokesperson was all the rave a few years ago. She and overstock were caught surprised by how much attention she got.

there is just no telling what catches on and what doesn't

BTW- Progressive insurance is owned by one of the most progressive ultrabillionaires (forgot his name) who is a revenue machine for a lot of progressive causes. Huge L.A. money.
