When Bush was in office, he had the support of 2% of Black Americans. That guy, Alan Keyes, Rice and the new guy who is RNC chairman must be that 2%.

The Token Black Guy® at my small, midwestern, lily-white college lived across the hall from me my freshman year, 1987. He was from a well-to-do Savannah, GA family and a staunch conservative, even supporting Jack Kemp in 1988 (remember him?). So yeah, it's entirely possible
