1. I fluctuate with not
being able to sleep and then sleeping too much. Wish I could find a happy medium. The cause of my erratic sleeping pattern(s) is stress.

Hope you get some rest soon.

3. That's how I am, but it's because I'm bipolar.
Though stress has many of the same effects. Hope you can find a way to relieve it soon. It definitely takes a toll.
