MMmmmmm. Recovery From Food Poisoning Is SO MUCH Fun |
|
But I guess it's better than not recovering.
Day 1: :hurts: :hurts: :hurts:
Ginger ale. Ginger ale. Gatorade. Ginger ale.
Day 2. :hurts: :hurts:
Ginger ale. Gatorade. Ginger ale. Tea. Ginger ale. Saltines.
Day 3: :hurts:
Ginger ale. Tea. Saltines. Ginger ale. TOAST!
Whoo! Variety!

1. Put a piece of American cheese on the toast |
|
and put it in the oven or toaster oven until it melts. Protein! It's good and goes down well.

4. It Will Stay Down? Really? |
|
Never heard of it.
I had two small pieces of pane bello and should probably wait a little while before trying it, but I will!
(Do you think cheddar would be okay?)

6. I'm not promising anything, but it always stays down for me. |
|
It is bland enough. And my belly is sensitive. I usually use American just for the melt factor. Cheddar will definitely taste better though.

Am tying w/cheddar. Wish I could put garlic or something on it, but I reckon that would be pushing it.

14. If you've already kept down crackers |
|
You will keep down the cheese toast. I use American cheese because it digests more easily than cheddar. Good luck - food poisoning sucks really bad.

It's all water weight!
I was thinking about people who take that colon blow diet for 10 days, while I got all flushed out in one. Lucky me, right?
