I found a box of old 1/4" reels in a closet in my classroom which appear to document old rehearsals and musical performances dating back to the 1970s (at least). I'm dying to hear what's on them, but I don't have anything to play them on. Anybody out there have an old reel-to-reel machine they're not using anymore? If you're one of those people that likes to take found sound and cut it up, I'd be more than happy to make you copies of the recordings in return. :)
