My daughter’s Girl Scout troop (first graders) is having an international dinner tonight. Since the group is so diverse in ethnicity, the woman in charge of the troop thought it would be a good chance for the girls to learn about foods around the world.
What sort of Chinese food would be good for first graders?
Chicken & Broccoli? Moo Goo Gai Pan? Veggie or Chicken Chow Mein? Something else?

of building dams and trips down rivers would ya? We had a book in some environmental class I took that had several short story/essays describing different points of views in regards to BIG changes in the environment.
All I remember about the guy was he was cool and drank his coffee/ate his soup from the same metal "camp" cup.
