Does anyone else hate the ink from newspapers?
I don't know if its because I read most newspapers online, but it seems that reading an actual newspaper in the flesh involves getting a ton of ink on your hands.

Was it always this way?

1. Yeah, it isn't nearly as greasy as it used to be - I hate that - Silly Putty won't pick it up!

2. It doesn't bother me.
I had a friend who read the newspaper with an oven mitt on
her left hand as she turned the pages with a butter knife in her right hand.

3. I don’t like it either.
I always have to wash my hands after reading the paper.

4. Don't you have your staff iron the paper before you read it?

5. It does not transfer to silly putty so therefore it is crap!
that really upset my son when we tried it a few years back.

6. I have my valet iron the Times every morning.
That takes care of it.

7. A lot of newspapers don't have that sort of ink anymore.
I don't get much print on me anymore from the papers I read.

8. People still read actual newspapers?

I guess they're useful as bird cage liners or what have you, after you're done not reading half the thing.
