Pete Wilson and Enron (and Shrub's FERC) are more to blame for Cali's problems than Davis.

Perry should be recalled. The fraud with the school system was mainly Shrub's fault, but Perry's far from blameless. Wouldn't that be a hoot. Bush's succesor and gov of a vital state in '04 kicked out. 'Pubs reap what they sow.
