'tis said a po-boy isn't really "dressed" unless it's dressed with Blue Plate "MY-uh-nez". (I can't stand any of it, so I wouldn't know.)
Amazingly, although Blue Plate is a Gulf Coast regional brand, it is all made in Knoxville and trucked down there. :eyes:
