cripes, behold the power of the internet, Youtube has created a Symphony Orchestra

Watch a mashup video of the audition videos, submitted through youtube. The winners are performing LIVE at CARNEGIE HALL tonight. How do you know the internet has become way powerful? when you can put together a symphony orchestra from online videos.

1. I think this is cool as hell.
I don't think anyone who's played in even the smallest, crummiest little community orchestra hasn't secretly harbored a fantasy of playing at Carnegie Hall.

It's nice to see these talented folks get this kind of recognition. It's a special thing they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
