I went golfing the other day and man have my skills gone downhill

I used to be a good golfer when I was a kid but only playing once every year or so eroded my swing.

He also offered to give me his brand new set of clubs he's never used on the stipulation that I return them should he want to play some day. I declined.

I was thinking about playing the black tees but I knew I would suck so why make it longer and harder.

I've killed 2 to date. I am persona-non-grata at the hoity-toity exclusive residential club in town.

6. Ha, I've done that

and almost killed my buddy. Cart destroyed. Buddy with deep cut through his hand and 3rd degree burns. Me with concussion and minor scrapes.

12. It was fantastic

Speeding down a steep hill when I cut the wheel. Buddy went flying down to the bottom of the hill as I remained stuck for a few tumbles. The cart rolled down the rest of the hill without me and landed on top of him with the hot engine still running. I was out cold but his shrieking woke me up and I ran down to help him. I was ssshing him because I didn't want to get in trouble as smoke was billowing up from his stomach.

Yes I only play once a year if I'm lucky but I've never been this bad. I'm normally just relatively bad. :(

10. About 4 hours but most of that was because of the douchebags in front of me

They invited me to play ahead of them on my 3 lost ball hole. I actually drove off to the next tee after the 3rd straight ball went into the water.
