2. Medium, and nothing done to it at all except a little dash of salt.
T-bones don't need sauce. :)

Sirloins, on the other hand, must have a sprinkle of bleu cheese crumbles. Yum.

3. Like Lyric, I'll take mine medium with just salt (and a little pepper).
At least grilled.

If I pan fry one, then I like to deglaze the pan with some beef or mushroom broth, toss in some minced shallot and maybe mushrooms, and make a cream sauce for it.

I like to serve steak with sauteed mushrooms, though.

7. Rare!
With some salt and ground pepper. On the side a dab, just a dab, of steak sauce :)

8. Medium rare, and please
get those "hatch" marks just right . . . you know I'll measure . . . and you know I'll measure on both sides. And only salt and pepper. If the steak is of high quality, and you know if you're serving to me, it just better be, salt and pepper is all that's needed.

Salad = fresh spinach, pine nuts, dried cranberries. Dressing = balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar and some fresh garlic.

Oh, and some home made French bread. Here's a pic of some I just finished baking. So . . . needless to say, it's got to be just right. Got that! And no I'm not picky, I just like food.

9. same as my burger, maybe even a tad rarer, salt only
and you can toss a couple green chilis on that grill - always good with a steak or to eat while you are waiting for it to cook

10. "slap it's horns off, wipe it's ass and bounce it over the grill onto my plate"
how my dad used to order a steak.

I have fresh tuna steaks for the grill to then top a mixed green salad and oven roasted fingerling potatoes for dinner (planned)

11. Black pepper, hold the bone
And I am happy to be surprised on the cookedness. I enjoy everything from lightly warmed to very well done.
