I heard a rumor that johnny depp may play syd barret

in a movie about syd's life. I very rarely go to the movies..(probably once every ten years) but this is one movie I would love to see! Anyone else hear of this rumor? I googled it and only got message board postings about the subject.

I'd definitely go see that. I've always been intrigued by Syd Barret. I can't listen to Pink Floyd too often because it;s just too intense, I love it but it takes me to a place that's dark you know?

Anyway, Depp would be amazing! for the role. I hope the rumor is true.

A fellow syd fan worked in a T-shirt shop and made up some syd barret shirts. I wore mine until I completly wore it out. Would love to have another one.
