Okay. What are your criteria for clicking on threads? Even 100+ posts? |
|
Usually, I stick to LBN, GD, and the Lounge. And, I prefer "fresh threads"...i.e., no more than 30 posts. But, sometimes I get the urge to click on a thread with a large number of posts. I just want to see what all of the excitement is about!
Sometimes, I see threads with 200-400+ posts...and, I figure it is too much time and trouble for me to download. But, I'd love a condensed version. Why can't we get a synopsis of that thread? :-)
Am I the only one who feels this way?

Occassionally, I'll venture into GD, the Lounge, or Editorials. The only requirement is that the thread interests me. Although I only skim, and rarely post to, the huge ones (30+). I agree that it's too much time and trouble.
edit: the Replies to My Posts feature has been a godsend for those longer threads. Thanks mods! :).

3. There is a synopsis of every thread on this forum |
|
all you have to do is scan through the reply titles under the original poster, you can see the direction of the thread and various opinions, its so simple.
