7. my one acquaintance

a 50 year old hoodlum, told me this story about a guy who walked down the same sidewalk everyday and always tripped on the same crack in the sidewalk. he never realized that he could walk around it.

he didn't have much formal education, but he exuded wisdom in an almost primal way. i had mucho respect for this guy.
