Do you nap?
Lately, around 7 pm,I take a quick power nap. It feels so good, not sure if I want to break the habit.

1. My dear Swede!
Do I ever nap!

Always.

Every day, normally.

I think you should continue it unless it's really disturbing your night sleeping.

Today, I went to the gym for the first time in a long time...

I really worked out, hard.

And I took a ninety minute nap.

It felt great, and it helped me a whole lot!

Go for it, sweetie!

:hi:

10. The workout was the first in several months...
It felt good!

I won't go back till Wednesday, and that's a pattern I always use. It gives me time to recover and rest. But I really needed to get back into it.

My weight and BP were both rising, and I was tired so much of the time. I knew it was time indeed to start working out. I always feel so much better when I do.

And my life is good too...

Thanks for asking, sweetie...

12. Yes, with my insomnia so bad I do nap every day
And with my bad shoulder, I was napping when I had to take Vicodin. Now since the surgery, same thing, though last week was better with fewer drugs. Today I started physical therapy and spent most of the day asleep in the recliner with ice on the shoulder. I can't wait until it heals.

13. At times, yes, especially when traveling.
Sometimes I get sleepy when I'm driving, and if I'm traveling alone, I will pull into a store parking lot, put the seat back, set my cell phone alarm, and take a 20 minute power nap.

They do work, don't they?
