Yes, that is an actual warning label. When they introduced Olestra (a fat-based product that can't be broken down by the body), they marketed the hell out of it for potato chips in particular. Unfortunately, not breaking down in the body has a rather unpleasant side effect so they actually put a warning label on the chip bag saying "MAY CAUSE ANAL LEAKAGE". No joke.

I also remember the crude jokes from a radio DJ about Olestra, which included sound effects. Ah, good times!
