Otherwise they'd leak & you couldn't close them - especially in the winter.

16. Cleaner than some people I've known
Besides, when I was renting in that area the place I picked one inhabited by total slobs but when I moved in the management cleaning crew had turned it into a habitable place. Sadly, the piggies who lived below me ended up sending some of their roaches my way :puke:
