I bought two huge bundles of gladiolus at a road side stand for five dollars. There was a box to put the money in.
On the way to go food shopping I saw what looked like a migrant worker putting them there by the roadside.

The workers are allowed to take the "rejects"out of the fields and sell them . Mine are pink and purple with a stray red one in the purple bunch.

they will make my home cheerful for a week , then I will go get more.

10. Took a morning walk with my wife

We're both trying to lose weight and it feels good to stay persistent and to enjoy the fresh air.

35. I use five monolights plus reflectors for most of my shooting.

That photo used a reflector in front/below the Cone flower, with three Alien Bees--left, right, and above, plus two antique White Lightnings--one high and one low to light the white foam-board background.

This photo used the same setup, but with the Ultras gelled with blue vinyl notebook dividers to illuminate a black foam-board.
