Report: CBS to have 10 second delay on NCAA Basketball Tournament

For the Final Four only. Like that really matters- they might try for the whole tourney:

CBS executive vice president Martin Franks told The Times that while the network "has yet to determine if it will be able technically to install some form of delay to its coverage of the earlier rounds" of the NCAA Tournament, the network "would like to."

Not a done deal yet- but pretty close.
