That's Brad Gillis (of Night Ranger) who played on the Diary tour after Randy died (and is on the live album from that tour).
In fact in the description of the video to the right it says "without Randy".
That being said, you are right. Ozzy was at his best with Randy. Phenomenal guitarist. I wonder if he had lived how he would have felt about the joke that Ozzy has become.

Sabbath is one of my favorite bands ever. Period. But it wasn't strictly his project with his vision, etc. It was (to me) 4 equal partners. The era of those first 2 Ozzy albums had enough of his full on maniacal personality and musical and lyrical vision, but without the comical parody he eventually became.
I'll listen to Sabbath's music/albums more than I will Ozzy's solo stuff, but for who he is/was, and what he did/does best that era is more of an accurate representation of the good, bad, and ugly.
