the answer is no.

He bites her neck and straddles her, but never tries anything else. I half expect her to turn around and yell "stick it in or bugger off". The SO is away and they are her cats. This is the first time getting hot and bothered for the little kitteh. She will be fixed when my SO gets home in a couple of months. *pauses to get the spray bottle*

1. Don't wait a couple of months....kitteh will sneak out and find
a male...and there might be ones already outside for her.

2. My fixed female chihuahua humps our occasional dog guest, a fixed male JRT.
I'm not sure if that's pathetic, but it's definitely amusing.

7. Our two spayed female miniature schnauzers used to have a little girl-on-girl action
That was an eye-opener first time I saw it.

"How did you even know how to do that?" She never told me.

6. Is the female in heat?
If not, it's just a display of dominance. One of my neutered toms does it to the other neutered tom.

18. It's probably a dominance thing.
One of my neutered males regularly humps my other neutered male (who gets this exasperated, WTF look whenever it happens).

On a slightly related note, I got my leg humped by a Portuguese water dog a couple of days ago. I suppose I should feel flattered, considering how fashionable PWDs are these days.
