I thought for sure I could come here and find the answer, but search didn't seem to bring up a recient post. (Al Franken mentioned it in Senate hearings) (edit, spelling...)

The case of the terrified typist, and the case of the deadly verdict. In both instances, though, he was able to unravel the mysteries and find answers to the crimes, as well as cementing the appointment of Justice Sotomajor.
