I made my daughter's favorite home made soup taking it to her tom but she probably won't care |
|
about 10 new potatos boiled, skinned and chunked
one package of diced ham
one package of frozen peas
for the base:
8 tablespoons of flour 8 tablespoons of butter
melt butter and add the flour and blend well
4 cups of milk
stir constantly until creamy and the base starts to thicken
add the ham potatos and peas...
mix well
enjoy
YUMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYYYY

And you are doing this....why?
Keep it for yourself and your husband. The two of you will love it and enjoy it much more than she would.
Leave her alone.
She needs to be independent of you.
She'll just resent your intrusion...that's how she'd see this act.
It does sound yummy!

and yes, she'll care. She'll be grateful. She may be too proud to tell you how grateful she is, but she'll be grateful.
I'm bookmarking this for the recipe!

4. I have to say I agree with Peggy here. |

You might not recognize my name I don't post very often, but I have followed the story about you and your daughter. Mainly because my daughter is the same age. I don't think any of them appreciate everything we do for them. Some day they might, but not now.
