considering this is a secondary board, I would have to think that raises a red flag. After all you would expect most new members to be posting in the main board (GD, LBN and GDP) and eventually working their way to the Lounge. Plus like Datasupect's mentioned, it wouldn't surprise me if the poster is using an IP that is already flagged.

that usually stays about the same. I'm sure there are ways to get around that but I'm not the technical guru that can tell you how. But for the most part if you post under one name and then post with a completely different email/account name - it should be about the same IP address.
