This will be my view tomorrow.



We haven't been able to take a real vacation yet this summer, might not be able to later either. So we're going away for the weekend to LBI. It's in NJ, but don't hold that against the place. It's beautiful.

1. Spent a day there the only time I've ever been to Jersey (1986)

(with a pilgrimage to Asbury Park too of course)...breakfast in a little diner in a town called Ship Bottom and then a day on the beach. It WAS beautiful . I love New Mexico, but still miss the beach every now and then. Have a great time .

3. We almost always stay in Beach Haven, but last year we rented a house in Ship Bottom.
We haven't told the kids, so they will be happily surprised in the morning.
