Fermented fish sauces are quite popular in the far east and there are many varieties. Many Asian countries like to use Worcestershire sauce in some of their dishes also.

14. There are several brands that do not have anchovies.
You can definitely find them in most health food stores (and I DO NOT mean bogus pill stores like GNC). I've also gotten some from the grocery store. You just have to check the ingredients.
