Ron White is Funny, but the rest of the "Blue Collar Comedy Tour" is God Awful

Comedy Central seems to have an obsession with this group, as seen tonight by what seems like a marathon of unfunny.

Bill Engvall and Larry the Cable guy have to be two of the biggest losers in "comedy," and Jeff Foxworthy just gets old. I guess you must be a redneck if you find his act even somewhat funny.

What do you guys think of the Blue Collar "Comedy" Tour?

The rest I could give a shit about. I thought Jeff Foxworthy was funny when I was 11. Now its just old.

7. Totally agree. At the roast of the Cable Crapper, FOXWORTHY rubbed Greg GIRALDO in it

FOXWORTHY has this image of having crossed over, rising above the hick schtick, but the old chip on the shoulder shone through.

In the closing remarks he singled out GIRALDO as an "Eastern/urban" (my words) type and said, "See, Greg, Larry might be just a big hick to you, but he's flying home in his own private plane."

10. That nickname was part of one of his stories in one of his routines.

It had to do with some time during which he got busted and how he got that name. I don't remember the story very well because most of his comedy is pretty forgettable to me, but I'm betting it wouldn't be hard to find the story on Google.

15. Ron White is very funny, and his latest TV special had us in tears...

the shaken baby bit is just incredible. He is actually smart and is not afraid to act like it. The cable guy reminds me of too many real people I worked with over the years, the other 2 are just limited to varying degrees.
