I'll be frank, I liked the other one better, and your beautiful blue eyes don't show up as well in this one, plus you look angry! Your beard looks fuller in this one though. However, if you are happy with it, carry on!

Now, if you're concerned about "looking angry" (I don't think the absence of a smile makes someone look angry, but people show you their soft spots when they say things like that), take a photo of yourself smiling.

I'll bet it won't be as good.

Take out the time stamp, as someone suggested, and I think you've got a great photo.
