3. Adobe will let you convert the CS4 / Win license to the Mac OSX platform.

If this is of use to you, you'll need to contact them. They have a policy in place, and if memory serves, you'll be able to find it online somewhere at the Adobe site. It will take a few days, but you'll get OS X disks.
