1. We finally had some good rain. And it cooled things off considerably.

Last week we were supposed to have a real feel of 108, but with the rain, it was only 86!!!! Freaking 86 in JULY!!!! WTF? It was awesome. I hope you have some of that too.

2. We had temps in the low 90's, that was nice.

This is the 3rd rain in a few weeks.

Now I will have to cut the grass soon.

I didn't miss cutting the grass.

3. That is the downside. However, my crusty brown grass

has turned back to a luscious green! :) And the temps have blown me away, but it did rain here this morning, and it still got hot as hell this afternoon. I guess that cold front has gone bye-bye! It was nice while it lasted. Back to the 100's!

5. My grass was never brown but it wasn't growing either.

If the temps can stay in the low 90's, I am happy.
