And now I can't remember where I put my keys.

Motherfu...

1. My dear armyowalgreens...
I thought most men carried their keys in their pockets?

You probably need a PLACE where you put these things, without fail...

I'm sorry...

I know that when I don't put my stuff in its PLACE, I tend to lose it, too...

:hi:

2. I'm a very absent minded, unorganized person.
I can never get a system down to keep all my things in order. It drives me crazy.

One day I will get my act together.

4. If you can afford them, try out contact lenses...
... my eye doc hooked me up with some Purevision lenses; I can leave these in a month at a time and it's almost as good as having the laser eye surgery but without the physical "damage" (I don't want my eye surface "burned" because what if it goes wrong? what if my eye surface changes again requiring new lenses? If I leave alone I can just have a new prescription...)

That'll be one less thing to forget (as I used to forget where I put my glasses, and my wife still does... though she partly cured that problem by getting a few of those cheap online-only eyeglasses at $10-$15 apiece...)

3. But when we take our trousers off for washing...
... the keys don't tend to get washed.

So they have to go somewhere.

I put my keys with my day runner and my cell phone and my plastic. If I don't have any of these, I'm screwed - no cash, no means to get cash, no idea what's happening for the day and no means to get anywhere meaningful.

I have contacts so I don't have the glasses problem (but I did have that problem when I was wearing glasses).

Mark.
