I am thinking about getting a widescreen monitor to hook up to my laptops.

I like to watch youtube and hulu on a bigger screen.

Also use it for playing on DU.

What should I be looking for other then HD.

Any info would be helpful.

1. Is your laptop graphics card capable of HD resolution?

If not, you're not going to get an HD quality picture on the screen. If you just want a larger display than what you have on the laptop any decent monitor will do
