7. That's one talented Ukrainian there.
I'm curious to know the story she was "sanimating". From the comments I knew it had something to do with World War II and Ukraine, which is interesting to me because my mother was born in Ukraine during WW2.

8. My take is...
A couple fell in love. Humans tried to make love hard. The man went to war. Woman had a baby as the bombs fell. The man never returned. She grew old loving him and seeing her departed husband in her child. She died.

The last song is Nothing Else Matters: Metallica. I am going crazy thinking the song in the middle is Leonard Cohen but can't place it. I think the lyrics he is singing would help. Oh, and whatever she wrote at the end.

:hi:

10. "you are always near"
Is what she wrote.

In 1941 Germany invaded USSR.

1941: Hitler invades the Soviet Union
German forces have invaded the Soviet Union.
In a pre-dawn offensive, German troops pushed into the USSR from the south and west, with a third force making their way from the north towards Leningrad.

At 0500 GMT, an hour after the invasion began, the Nazi Minister for Propaganda, Joseph Goebbels, went on national radio to read a proclamation by Adolf Hitler promising that the mobilisation of the German army would be the "greatest the world has ever seen".

Interesting version the artist rendered.

I still think it is a Cohen song :P

15. Please: If anyone would be able to explain the details of this video
I would be forever indebted.

Some of it is clear. But I've watched it 3 times and I'm uncertain.

Man and woman in Ukraine meet and fall in love. They have a baby. War begins. Father leaves. Mother waits for father to return and grows old waiting. I presume the memorial is for the fallen soldier, the father. Later, with babe in hand, she sees his reflection in the window.

Absolutely poignant. I don't cry often, especially if I don't "get it", but I've shed tears watching this.
