[Sky Masterson]

Scrabble babble dabble.

I pull the car over
Just to talk.
My words reach toward you.
They touch you.
In a way that
you may not
wish to be
touched.
You say
"No Sky! Please don't touch me like that".
But my words do touch you.
I move forward.
My words start to weaken you.
They loosen your legs
and caress the inner thighs
of your soul.
They slip under the panties
of your psychie.
They fondle the most
private of your places.
Maybe I go to far
with my words?
You slap me.
I recoil.
"They're just words"
I say.
"No Sky,words do not penetrate!"
you reply.
"But words do".
"They do"
Words
start wars.
Words bring joy,
Break hearts.
Words make sure
the person
on the phone
leaves off
the green peppers
and onions.
Words make
fools of lovers
and clowns of the cool.
Words form rules,define crimes.
Words are there to remind us
that sometimes
it's better
not to speak
certain words.
