This is one of my favorite youtube posts.
It is a Japanese band, with lead harpist, Mika Agematsu, playing a traditional Mexican tune, "El Cascabel" It touches me, not only because it is a lovely tune, or because it is a piece of Mexican folklore, but because this group of talented Japanese musicians have devoted themselves to Hispanic American music.
