Interesting, the data shows that D.A.R.E. actually has no affect what so ever on the drug use. It is, however, an easy way for the local police departments to get some positive PR so that is why the program continues.

anybody can make up something like that and have shirts made, can't they? I've seen "D.A.R.E. to Question Authority" bumper stickers in red and black like the logo....
