2. What's wrong with Petsmart?
On the weekends, the animal shelter brings in puppies for adoption.

4. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare, and the
customer service is lousy.

But I refuse to shop at Petco.

9. Our Petco sells USED car litter.
No lie, I bought into their refill system because I liked the idea of bringing in a re-usable container and refilling it from their bulk bin. The cost was reasonable and it seemed the environmentally friendly way to go.

One day while refilling my buckets I came across cat feces and clumps of urine. The clerk told me that they let the kittens play in the bin and handed me a scoop so I could clean it out. Right.

I didn't buy litter from them that day and I haven't been back.

8. I didn't know they did that.
But I won't shop there anyway. The mark-up is astronomical.

12. Trying to figure out what medical bills I can pay...
And I have insurance.

It's just lousy insurance. Mammograms are covered but needle biopsies are not (it was benign, that's the ONLY good thing about it)... not to mention a whole slew of other stuff that's not covered. :headbang:

I have to cover the first $3000.00 ! ! !

I took Ollie to PetSmart a couple of months ago, and afterwards when I was loading the car, I dropped his leash. He took off and went across the mall parking lot towards Menards. After a few minutes of driving around looking for him I went back to PetSmart to let them know that I lost my dog, figuring if someone found a leashed dog they might bring him there.

He had already come bounding back in the doors all by himself. He loves to go shopping at Petsmart.
