When I was a kid and most of my adult life, I always had to have the window seat
when flying. Now that I am 41 and not so young anymore..and I have to go to the bathroom a LOT..I prefer the aisle seat. I never thought I would see the day when the bathroom meant more to me than gazing out the window when flying.

not having people climb over me to get to the bathroom, etc.

Of course, I'm flying over open ocean most of the time, anyway.

And also to have ready and uncomplicated access to my stuff in overhead bin. So aisle it is.

8. I've always preferred the aisle seat.
I like to stretch my legs out. I've taken to sleeping on flights now, I find it helps my ears and I like having the trip over fast.
