My cat thinks he's back in Sarasota and he's got an attitude. Won't get out of the bath tub.

5. I don't have A/C either
I'm sweltering on a 2nd floor, south facing bedroom.

So 75 outside means this bedroom was over 100 in the late afternoon, and still trying to cool down...

I've lived in 103 degree weather, in Houston, but that was with A/C....

:hi:

10. Fans people, crank 'em up!
Drink cold things. Move slower. Eat gazpacho. Go swimming.

Sheesh, you'd think this was friggin Louisiana.

Or wait a day, it'll surely hit 62 for a week, just to fuck with us.

13. 65 on Midcoast Maine first thing in the morning.
The humidity is 100% though. I feel like I'm breathing sludge. I'm going to make supper for tonight, close the house down--cover all windows, close the curtains, drink lots of water & sit in front of the fan. Maybe it's the time to watch Day After Tomorrow. Cheezy movie, but there's tons of snow in it.

15. Yup. It's time for me to retreat to my cave...
I have one bedroom with a window air conditioner. That, along with a fan, keeps me nice and cool. The cats join me. The downside is, I'm stuck in a bedroom all day. I have a television in there, but no DU. Alot of people complained about the cold, wet NH weather in June. I loved it. Now I'll have to wait till October to be cool again.

22. I'd hate to have to choose between computer and being cool!
I'd probably choose to MeLt.

It is too damn hot now. October is my favorite month in NH.

Around here it's still on the 90's at 10PM. It doesn't even get down to 75 by 6 AM.

21. Sorry for everybody else, but this has been the best Summer ever
in the mid-west. Or at least northern Illinois. It's 12:40 PM and the temperature is 70. We have only had one week of 90s and the rest of the time it has been cool.
