There's a music piece I can't find

It's either Chopin or Rachmaninoff. Start's high on the scale and makes it's way down in chords then back up in scales. It's famous too.

I'd post this in the Classical Music group, but I don't have the money to donate :(

If it isn't the "Fantasie" Impromptu in C-sharp minor, Op. 66, as previously posted, perhaps one of the Etudes?
