i have an interview tomorrow

at taco bell, a place i generally loathe due to the idiots i had to work with at my old store. however, this is a different store, brand spanking new, and according to my ex-GM (who got me the interview) the boss is a real good guy to work for.

as much i as i want to avoid returning to the fast food hamster trail, i need a job.

Sure, it's Taco Bell but who knows, if your former GM is referring you, maybe he thinks you have management potential. It was my experience at Starbucks that everybody I know who left and was rehired ended up in management rather quickly.

the interview went good, but got cut short due to the manager being short-handed for lunch, so he had pick up the slack somehow... still i did offer to help :D

i've got my former GM in the batter box and my current manager at acclaim ready to speak up. i really am happy my former gm got me the interview, but part of me feels guilty that i am using our friendship... and what happens if he bills me as the best thing since french toast, and i am just a bagel with unsalted butter? i make him look like an idiot....

wow, paranoia sure is fun... and makes me hungry.

i'll know by friday. one way or the other.
