My head may explode if I read anymore case law tonight...
Legal jargon is like a completely different language. I can read an entire page of documentation of circumstances and not have a fucking clue what the hell is going on.

2. Just about the right reaction after the first week of Law School.
You are learning a new language and a new way of thinking. Be patient, brief all of your cases, don't use the cheat books, work very hard your first year and the rest will be a clear sail.

Of course, if this is your second or third year......:scared:
